3.3 Closure Records
If an account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) after review. However, amounts linked to the violation may be deducted.

6。 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 First Deposit Bonus
mya97 offers a 100% bonus — up to 300,000 Ks on your first deposit. The bonus amount is subject to a 20x wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
Example 2: Deposit 620,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum); total balance will be 920,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
6.2 Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds are restricted-use credits and are not direct cash
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met
- If an account is closed before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Any activity attempting to claim a bonus more than once will be treated as a violation.
6.3 VIP Cashback Program
mya97's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is awarded based on your VIP tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, and up to 0.8% for Platinum. A player's VIP tier is determined by their activity frequency and commitment.
6.4 Bonus Changes
mya97 may change, suspend, or stop any bonus promotion without prior notice. Bonus promotions may have time limits, so players should check the platform for updates.
7. Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play
mya97 uses SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair game outcomes. We are committed to being a trusted platform for how game results are determined.
7.2 Game Errors
If a game error causes an incorrect payment amount, mya97 may adjust that amount accordingly. Game results arising from errors cannot be considered valid.

If a game is incomplete due to a connection interruption, the player's balance will be shown with the amount of the in-progress game deducted, and the remaining balance will be displayed once the connection is restored.
7.4 Modifying Active Games
A game cannot be cancelled once it has started and before it is complete. Players should decide on the game type and bet amount before placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
